Who runs the service
A platform, not the rental companies themselves
RentoRika is a technology platform. We don't own a fleet or rent cars directly. Our job is to aggregate the inventory of verified local rental companies, verify the terms and accompany your booking from creation to deposit refund.
You pick up the car from a local supplier — a company operating in the chosen city, responsible for the vehicle's condition, insurance and rental terms. We pre-vet partners through documents, reviews and history of successful bookings.
If a dispute arises at any stage — contact our support at support@rentorika.com. We mediate between you and the supplier and help reach a resolution.
